摘要
目的 研究县级血吸虫病防治机构在规模、结构和功能上存在的问题,为血吸虫病防治提供建议。方法 以定性的方式,对血吸虫病防治机构管理者进行焦点组访谈(FGD)。结果 调查结果显示在当前的血防模式下,经费补偿不足和血防模式变化滞后是当今血防事业发展的重大阻力。
OBJECTIVES to study the weakness of the county level anti-schistosomiasis facilities with regard to their size, structure and function to schistosomiosis control. METHODS Qualitative method through focus group discussion was used among the administrators and faculty in county anti-schistosomiasis facilities. FINDINGS the study showed that lack of funds for schistosomiasis control and the poor administrative model of anti-schistosomiosis activeities were the main barriers to the schistosomiasis control.
