摘要
本文在一些通用仪器的基础上自行设计安装了一台脉冲调制荧光仪.在光路处理上用特殊加工的有机玻璃代替光导纤维,有效地克服了以往分叉光导纤维汇合端难以加工得排布均匀致使样品表面激发光照射不均匀的缺点.
