摘要
目的 :探讨肿瘤特异性生长因子 (Tumor Specific Growth Factor,TSGF)在肿瘤诊断及疗效判断中的应用价值。方法 :采用福建新大陆生物技术有限公司提供的 TSGF癌症快速诊断试剂盒测定 4 2例健康体检者及 378例恶性肿瘤患者血清中的 TSGF含量。结果 :恶性肿瘤患者血清中的 TSGF含量及阳性检出率明显高于健康体检者 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗前后患者血清中的 TSGF含量有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。 TSGF对恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感性为 70 .4 % ,特异性为 95 .2 % ,准确性为72 .9%。结论 :血清 TSGF检测对恶性肿瘤诊断、疗效观察。
Objective:To investigate the value of the Tumor Specific Growth Factor(TSGF) in the diagnosis of malignant tumors Methods:The serum TSGF levels were measured in 42 healthy persons and 378 malignant tumor patients and partly tumor patients after treatment Results:The serum TSGF levels of patients were higher than that of healthy group (P<0 01).The levels of serum TSGF decreased after treatment (P<0 05).The sensitivity,specificity and the accuracy were 70 4%,95 2% and 72 9%,respectively Conclusion:The determination of serum TSGF is helpful to the diagnosis,estimating the clinical outcome,monitoring disease and directing treatment
