摘要
本文提出了一种测定痕量汞的亚稳态能量转移发射光谱法(MTES)。利用Surfatron表面波激发获得活化氮。样品经电热蒸发进入反应池与活化氮混合,通过活化氮亚稳态能量转移过程被激发。在波长为253.7nm处,测得汞的检出限为0.02ng,并对实际样品进行了分析。
Metastable transfer emission spectroscopy (MTES) has been used for the determination of trace mercury. The active nitrogen is produced in a micromave discharge surf-atron and mixed with the electrothermally produced atomic vapor of mercury in a flow cell. Then mercury is excited during metastable energy transfer emission process of the active nitrogen. Mercury is determined at 253. 7nm and the detection limit is 0.02ng. The method has been employed to analyse practical samples.
