摘要
赤泥用X-衍射法鉴定含有CaCO_3、2CaO_2·SiO_2和3CaO·Al_2O_3物相。先浸取出游离CaO,在一份残渣中测定CO_3^(2-),计算出CaCO_3量,另一份残渣应用稀的HAc-HCl溶解,测定其中的Ca、Si、Al量,由测得的钙量减去CaCO_3中的钙量,其余的钙量分别与溶解的Si、Al量计算,得到2CaO·SiO_2和3CaO·Al_2O_3含量。
The X-ray diffraction results show three kinds of chemical phases, i. e. ,CaCO_3,2CaO SiO_2 and 3CaO·Al_2O_3 in red mud. First, the Cao(f) is leached out by ethylenehlycol-absolute ethyl alcohol solution. The residue obtained is divided into two parts. One part is used for the determination ofCO_3^(2-) to calculate the contents of Ca-CO_3, in samples. The other part is dissolved by dilute HAc-HCl solution to determine Ca, Al and Si therein. From the above determined contents of CaCO_3,Ca,Al and Si, the contents of 2CaOSiO_2 and 3CaOAl_2O_3 can be calculated.
