摘要 本文研究了农用硝酸稀土中微量砷的发生氢化物原子吸收法测定。用硝酸和过氧化氢分解试样,预先用碘化钾和抗坏血酸将溶液中的As(Ⅴ)还原为As(Ⅲ),在盐酸溶液中使As(Ⅲ)与硼氢化钾反应生成砷化氢,以原子吸收法测定砷。方法回收率98~103%,分析含砷8.4×10^(-5)%的试样,相对标准偏差为2.6%,方法检出限为6×10^(-6)%。 In this paper,the conditions for AsH_3 generation and the interferences of other elements present in rare earth nitrate used as fertiliser were investigated and a method for the determination of As in rare earth nitrate was established. The sample was dissolved by HNO_3 and H_2O_2 and As(V) was reduced to As(Ⅲ) by KI and Vc in HCl medium. As(Ⅲ) was transformed to AsH_3 by KBH_4 and determined by AAS. The recovery was 98~103%. At the 8.4×10^(-5)% level of arsenic the relative standard deviation was 2. 6%. The detection limit was 6×10^(-6)%
