摘要
本文采用一套流动注射(FIA)-双光束分光光度计装置,研究了试银灵(ρ-DMABR)为显色剂测定银的适宜条件。该法设备简单,灵敏度较普通FIA光度法提高近一倍,进样速度为90~100次/h,相对标准偏差小于0.9%。
Flow injection determination of microgram silver in waste water has been carried out spectrophotometrically by a single dual-beam set-up. The sensitivity is one time higher than that obtained by conventional FIA- spec-trophotometry. The frequency is 90~100 samples per hour. The relative standard deviation is less than 0.9%.
