猕猴海马参与痛觉感受与调制过程中的非线性信息编码探索

摘要 目的 探索海马参与痛觉感受与调制过程中信息编码规律。方法 分析了当给予多种类型的外界刺激以及吗啡和纳络酮作用时 ,猕猴海马神经元放电序列复杂度、近似熵及放电频率的变化情况。结果 观察当给予伤害性电刺激、痛刺激以及吗啡和纳络酮作用时 ,复杂度、近似熵和放电频率变化趋势相同 ,而给予非伤害性的触摸刺激和声刺激时复杂度、近似熵的变化规律与放电频率变化规律不相同。结论 海马可能在痛觉感受与调制过程中可能是利用混沌编码和频率编码相结合的一种编码方式来进行信息编码。 Objective To study the means of information coding of hippocampus on affective motivational aspects of pain. Methods The chaotic parameter complexity and approximate entropy of interspike interval (ISI) sequence of the hippocampal neuronal discharge in rhesus monkey and frequency of discharge were analyzed after various kinds of stimulation. Results We found the rule of changes of frequency was the same as that of chaotic parameter when stimulation of electricity and pain was given or morphine and naloxone were injected, but different from that of chaotic parameter when stimulation of touch and sound was given. Conclusion Hippocampus is likely to code information by the chaotic coding and frequency coding in course of affective motivational aspects of pain
