七里香蔷薇浸膏用乙醇脱蜡得七里香蔷薇净油,净油在不同类型的毛细管色谱柱上分离,进行了色谱-质谱及14MeV快中子活化分析。
This paper describes the analysis of the chemical composition by GC-MS and analysis of the microelements by fast neutron activation of qilixiang rose essential oil. Fifty-four components were identified. The results of analysis of the chemical composition by GC-MS are give-n. The chromatogram on SE-54 glass capillary column,the ionic current chromatographic spectra and the analytical results of the microelments by fast neutron activation are also given. This will provide a scientific basis for further development of the essential oil of qilixiang rose.
