摘要
本实验通过考察各种表面活性剂、含氮杂环、胺类化合物对亚水杨基-邻-氨基苯酚(SAP)铍络合物荧光性质的影响,发现CTAB使荧光强度增强7倍;乙二胺,6倍;1,3-丙二胺,9倍。在以丙二胺的盐酸盐作缓冲液中,量子效率为0.44,铍量在0.005~0.600μg/mL范围内与相应荧光强度呈良好的线性关系。用本法测定一铍铜合金样中铍的含量(0.187%),测定值与给定值一致,标准偏差为±0.004,变异系数为2.1%。
It is found that the fluorescence intensity of beryll-ium-salicylidene-o-aminophenol(Be-SAP) complex is increased seven fold in the presence of cetyltrimethy-lammonium bromide (CTAB),six fold in ethylenediamine (en) and nine fold in 1,3-propylenediamine(PDA). The molar ratio of Be to SAP in the complex formed is 2 to 3 and the quantum efficiency is 0.44 in PDA solution. The realtionship between fluorescence intensity (F) and themperature (t,in C) may be expressed as:F = a-3. 2t (PDA),or F = b-3.4t (en). Many foreign ion interferences may be avoided by masking with EDTA. The fluorescence intensity is linear from 5 to 500ng/mL Be. The average of six parallel determinations of beryllium in a Be-Cu alloy sample agrees reasonably well with the given value. The standard deviation of the average value is 0.004 and the RSD.,2.1%.
