摘要
本文研究了多种金属离子与meso-四(3-氯-4-磺基苯)卟啉的显色反应动力学特性。利用Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)与其它金属离子之间反应速率上的差异,建立了一种选择性同时测定Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)的流动注射分析法,不经分离同时测定桃叶样品中的铜、锌,结果满意。
The Kinetic characteristics of the reaction of Cu (Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ),Pd(Ⅱ),Hg(Ⅱ),Ni (Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ),Pb(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ)and Pt(Ⅳ) with meso tetrakis (3- Cl- 4- sulfophenyl) porphyrin and the influence of other metal ions on the reaction of Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn (Ⅱ) have been studied. On the basis of the different formation rates of metalloporphyrins, a new method for the simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of trace amounts of Cu (Ⅱ) and Zn (Ⅱ) using merging zone FIA technigue has been developed. It is much more selective than conventional porphyrin spectrophotometric methods. The relative standard deviation of Cu and Zn are 2. 69% and 0. 98% respectively.
