摘要
本文利用DBPF为荧光试剂,在大量CTMAB存在下,用荧光熄灭法测定微量铁,λ_(ex)为362nm,λ_(em)560nm。线性范围为0.002~0.12μg/mL。三元络合物中,Fe:DBPF=1:3。
A new system for determining Fe has been developed with 4,5-dibromophenyl fluorone and CTMAB. The rectilinear range is 0. 05~3. 0μg/25mL. The detection limit is 2ng/mL. The molar ratio of Fe(Ⅲ) to DBPF is 1 : 3. The excitation and emission wavelengths are 362 and 560nm respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of iron in the cobalt and nickel metaks.
