摘要
本文研究在两种表面活性剂(CTMAB,Triton X-100)存在下,六种2,3,7-三羟基荧光酮-9-取代物的胶束增敏荧光反应及钛对它们的熄灭现象。其中以水杨基荧光酮(SAF)-溴代十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)的荧光熄灭法测定钛,灵敏度、选择性最好,并优于该显色体系的分光光度法。检出限为5ppb,钛的浓度线性范围是0~0.6μg/10mL Ti(Ⅳ)和0.5~1.5μg/10mLTi(Ⅳ)。测定合金钢和人发中微量钛,取得了满意的结果。
The fluorescence reactions of six kinds of 9-substi-tuted-2.3,7- trihydroxyfluorones (phenyl-, α- nitrophenyl-,m- nitrophenyl-, p- nitrophenyl-, salicyl and undecyl-) in the presence of two surfactant (CTMAB, Triton X-100) and their fluorescence quenching by Ti (Ⅳ) have been investigated. It is shown that determination of trace amounts of Ti (Ⅳ) using the fluorescence quenching method with SAF-CTMAB is higher selective and better sensitive than the spectrometric method. The detective limit is 5ppb,the linear range of Ti(Ⅳ) is 0& 0. 6 and 0. 5~1.5μg/10mL Ti (Ⅳ) for Ti-SAF-CT-MAB. A fluorescence quenching method of Ti-SAF-CTMAB for the determination Ti (Ⅳ) in steel alloys and human hair has been developed, and the satisfactory results are obtained.
