摘要
本文研究了Pt(Ⅱ)-SnCl_2^-孔雀绿显色体系的离心光度法测定。方法的灵敏度很高,缔合物沉淀溶于无水乙醇中,λ_(max)=621nm,ε=4.5×10~5L.mol^(-1).cm^(-1)。铂含量0~6μg/10mL遵守朗伯-比尔定律。拟定的测定方法直接用于催化剂中铂的测定,获得满意的结果。
In a medium of 0.5mol/L HCl the Pt(Ⅱ)-SnCl_3^--MG system after color reaction is centrifuged for 10min at 3500r/ min. The associate precipitate is dissolved in 10mL of absolute ethyl alcohol and platinum is spectrophotometrically determined. The molar absorptivity is 4. 5×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)at 621nm. Beer's law is obeyed for 0~6μg/ 10mL. The method has been applied to the determination of platinum in some catalysts.
