摘要
本文讨论了瑞利散射光、拉曼散射光、漫散射光及荧光经光栅衍射而形成的高级次光谱的干扰。提出了用峰位、半峰宽和峰高和滤光法来鉴别各级光谱的方法。在试样和光栅单色器之间放置滤光系统以挡去上述散射光和共存元素的荧光就可以消除其高级次光谱及对荧光光谱的影响。
The second order diffraction light of Rayleigh scattering light,Raman light,diffused light and the fluorescence diffracted from the grating have been discussed. Methods of distinguishing the first order diffraction spectrum from other order one have been described in detail by observing half- widths, locations and intensities of the spectrum. To elimiate the effects of the second order specreum on fluorophotometric analysis, suitable filters are placed beteen the sample and the grating monochromator so that the scattered lights mentioned above and the fluorescence emitted by co-existing elements are filtered off.
