摘要 本文用5-Br-PADAP作显色剂,对导数分光光度法同时测定铜、铁进行了探讨。结果表明,采用一阶导数分光光度法获得了成功。方法用于铝合金中微量铜、铁的同时测定,得到满意结果。 The 1st derivative spectrophotometric simultaneous determinations of copper and iron have been developed with 5- Br- PADAP as the chromogenic reagent. Copper and iron do not interfere each other when their concentration ratio is in the range of 1 /5~5/1. The determination range is l~20μg/25mL for Cu and 2~10μg/25mL for iron. The method has been used for the simultaneous determination of copper and iron in aluminium- based alloys. The analytical resuls obtained for standard reference samples are identical with the given values.
