摘要
高校在实施创新人才培养的过程中,遇到了传统教育活动和观念的挑战,同时也受到 了创新人才培养的认识误区等问题的影响。创新人才培养活动的关键是实施者对创新教育观 念提升和对传统人才培养理念的超越。
In the process of creative personnel training, Chinese colleges and universities are confronted with challenge of traditional educational concept, and at the same time, they are affected by some ideological fallacies. The key to creative personnel training, in authors' view, is to implement innovational concepts and transcend traditional stereotypes.
