摘要
方法基于CAgI_3]^(2-)络阴离子与丁基罗丹明B形成离子缔合物,用非离子表面活性剂吐温-80实现增溶增稳。提出了一个高灵敏度的双波长分光光度测定银的方法。缔合物最大吸收波长为605nm,负峰波长为555nm,摩尔吸光系数为3.26×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),0~8μgAg/25ml符合比耳定律。用于岩矿中痕量银的测定,结果满意。
A highly sensitive method of dual-wavelength spectrophotometry for the deter- mination of trace silver has been developed. The method is based on the forming a stable ion-associated compound of the [AgI_3]^(2-) with b (?)yl rhodamine B in the presence of Tween -80 at pH 1~3. The linear range is 0~8 μg Ag/25ml and the molar absorptivity is 3.26×10_5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 605 nm (positive peak) and 555 nm (negative peak). After separation and preconcentration by using 410 piperidine resin, the method has been used to determine trace silver in rock and mineral with satisfactory results.
