摘要
目的 :观察醒脑静生脉混合液对凝血酶损伤星形胶质细胞的保护作用。方法 :将醒脑静和生脉注射液按 1∶ 5比例混合 ,以最佳保护作用浓度的醒脑静生脉混合液作用于凝血酶损伤的星形胶质细胞 ,通过观察细胞结构、图像分析细胞大小及测定培养液内乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH)活性 ,观察药物对细胞的保护作用。结果 :醒脑静生脉混合液能抑制细胞的水肿 ,维持细胞形态结构的正常 ,降低培养液内的 L DH活性。结论 :醒脑静生脉混合液对凝血酶损伤的星形胶质细胞有明显的保护作用 ,其保护作用是通过对细胞膜的保护来实现的。
Objective:To observe the protection of XingnaojingShengmai decoction(醒脑静生脉混合液) to the cortical astrocytes injurying by thrombin.Methods:Mixing Xingnaojing injection(醒脑静注射液) and Shengmai injection(生脉注射液) by a score of onefifth,study the protection of XingnaojingShengmai decoction to the cells by observing cell structure,image analyzing cells size and measuring lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) in the culture system with the best fitted protective concentration of XingnaojingShengmai decoction to the cortical astrocytes injurying by thrombin.Results:XingnaojingShengmai decoction could inhibit cell edema,maintain normal structure of cell,lower LDH in the culture system.Conclusion:XingnaojingShengmai decoction protects cell membrane to play a obvious protective role on the cortical astrocytes injurying by thrombin.
