摘要
本文采用碳糊电极单扫描伏安法测定维生素B_6,盐酸氯丙嗪片剂的含量。具有简单快速、结果准确等优点,它无需分离可直接测定药片的含量,是一种很有前途的方法。
We determined pyridoxamine and chlorpromazine by single-sweep voltammetry at the carbon paste electrode. This method is accurate and covenient. It has a better linear calibration curve within the range of 1.0×10^(-4)mol/L. The drugs in tables were determined directly without separation, This is a very useful method which can be applied widely in the pharmaceutical analysis
