摘要 本文介绍酵母菌细胞脂肪酸的毛细管气相色谱分析,讨论了菌株培养物的皂化、脂肪酸甲酯的萃取、色谱柱的选择以及培养温度和培养时间对酵母菌细胞脂肪酸组分的影响。 A simple, rapid gas chromatographic method for the determination of cellular fatty acids from yeast species was described. Yeast strain was grown on SAB medium at 37℃ for 24h. The cellular fatty acid composition was ananlyzed by capillary gas chromatography (GC) after saponification of cells, methylation and extraction of methyl esters. Various conditions for sample preparation and GC analysis were compared. The effects of growth temperature and age on the cellular fatty acid compositions were also discussed.
