摘要
本文用荧光熄灭法研究了二溴羟基苯基荧光酮(DBH-PF)-乳化剂OP-Sn体系的测定方法和条件。在0.05~0.20mol/L的盐酸介质中,在乳化剂OP存在下,锡与显色剂形成一种橙红色络合物,其摩尔比为Sn∶DBH-PF=1∶4,λ_(ex)=470nm。λ_(em)=520nm。线性范围为0.2~3.5μg/25ml,检出限为0.2μg/25ml。本法灵敏度高,选择性好,可不经分离检测碳素钢中的微量锡。
Tin in carbonsteels was rapidly determined by fluorometric quenching method using dibromohydroxyphenylfluorone (DBH-PF) and emulgent-OP and oxalic acid as reagents. In a 0.05~0.20mol/L hydrochloric acid medium, Sn(Ⅱ or Ⅳ) forms an orange coloured complex with DBH-PF. The molar ratio between Sn and DBH-PF is 1:4. Its maximal excitation wavelength is 400nm, and maximal emission wavelength is 460nm. The linear range is 0.2~3.5μg/ml. The method is selective and highly sensitive to tin.
