从基本原理、影响因素、分类及其特点、检测方法及在无机、有机、生物和医药方面的应用等方面,评述了高效毛细管电泳的基本问题及发展现状。共引用文献84篇。
The fundamental problems of high-performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) were reviewed from the foliowing aspects: (1) the basic principle and the influence on the separation efficiency, (2) the types of the HPCE and their characteristics, (3) the detection methods and (4) the applications of the HPCE to the inorganic, organic, biological and medical area. 84 references were cited.
