摘要
合成了新荧光试剂吡哆醛烟酰腙。详细研究了锰-H_2O_2-吡哆醛异烟酰腙动力学荧光新体系,发现催化氧化产物的荧光激发波长为350nm,发射波长为440nm,反应在pH9.5介质中进行。在固定时间下,锰量在0~50ng/ml范围内,荧光强度与锰量成正比,方法检出下限为0.05ng/ml,试验了34种离子存在下的影响,绝大部分离子允许量在250倍以上,说明该法有良好的选择性。方法直接应用于水样分析,结果令人满意。
A new fluorescent reagent, pyridoxal isonicotinylhydrazone, has been syntheslzed. The new kinetic fluorimetric system is studied in detail. The fluorescence excitation and emission wavelengths of the catalysate are 350 and 440nm, respectively. The reaction is carried out in aqueous medium at pH9.5, the determination limit is 0.05ng/ml, the licear range of manganese concentration is O~50ng/ml, and the interferences of 34 diverse ions are studied. The methcd has been applied to the determination of trace manganese in wattr samples with satisfactory results.
