摘要
研究了新合成的荧光试剂劳氏紫N-,N,N',N'-四乙酸(LVTA)于生理条件下测定铝的方法。铝与试剂在近中性的0.1mol/L氯化钾介质中形成1:2型淡兰色络合物,并呈现荧光,其最大激发/发射波长为λ_(ex)/λ_(em)=280/560nm,线牲范围为0~10μmol/L。生理条件下常见的共学元素不干扰铝的测定。方法用于血清及自来水分析,结果满意。
Synthesis of a new fluorescence reagent Lauth's violet-N, N, N'-tetraaceticA acid (LYTA) and its analytical application to the determination of aluminium under physiological conditions are reported. It was found that a 1:2 complex between aluminium aria LVTA was formed with λ_(ex)/λ_(em) of 280/560 nm and a linear range of 0~10 μmol/L in a near neutral medium of 0.1 mol/L KCl. The common coexisting eations at physiological conditions do not interfere with the determination of aluminium. The proposed method has been successfully used to determine aluminium in serum and tap water with satisfactory results.
