摘要
为探讨中药熏洗配合透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。将 73例膝关节骨性关节炎患者分为两组 ,治疗组 (通经活络洗方熏洗配合透明质酸钠关节内注射 ) 43例 ,对照组 (透明质酸钠关节内注射 ) 3 0例 ,分别观察并比较其临床疗效及镇痛和改善关节功能的效果。结果显示治疗组临床疗效及镇痛和改善关节功能的效果均优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。表明中药通经活络洗方熏洗配合透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎具有较好的临床疗效及缓解疼痛和改善关节功能的作用。
In order to study the clinical therapeutic effect of 'TONGJING HUOLUO XIFANG' (a TCD washing recipe) steaming-washing (THXSW) and intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate (IISH) on osteoarthritis of the knee (OAK), 73 cases of OAK were divided into two groups: the treated (n=43 cases) and the control (n=30 cases), which were treated by THXSW and IISH and by IISH alone, respectively, and the clinical therapeutic effects and analgesic and joint-function-improving results of the two groups were observed and compared. The results showed that the treated group had an advantage over the control in the clinical therapeutic effects, analgesia and joint function improvement (P < 0.05). In the treatment of OAK, THXSW and IISH could have a good clinical therapeutic effect and analgesic and joint-function-improving function.
