摘要 本文研究了可在较低酸度下分离稀土的萃取剂——八碳异烷基膦酸单1-甲庚基酯(代号为5712)的性能。制备了5712-负载树脂(5712-LR),用5712-LR柱反相色层分离了15种稀土元素,结果表明,5712-LR具有优良的稀土分离性能,在硝酸体系中15种稀土的平均分离系数为2.50,其分离稀土所需的酸度低,同时动力学性能好,柱效高。 The separation behavior for rare earths (REs) of 1-methylheptyl iso-alkylphosphonate CH_3(CH_2)_5CHO OH, where R is iso-alkyl containing 8 caxbons, and designated as(5712) has been studied. 5712-loaded resins(5712-LR) were prepared by means of suspension polymerization, which were then used to separate 15 REs, namely, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu by means of reversed-phase chromatography. Results in dicate that 5712 is a good extractant for REs. The mean separation coefficient βL_a/Lu for all REs studied in mitric acid is 2.50. Acid concentration needed, in the REs separation using 5712-LR is low, for example, the separation of Tin, Yb and Lu from one another has been carried out with 1.73 mol/L HNO_3 The kinetic characteristic of 5712-LR Column is excellent, and the column efficiency is high.
