摘要 由双管差分输出型氢离子型敏场效应晶体管(pH-ISFET)与戊二醛交联的牛血清白蛋白青霉素酶膜经γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷硅烷化架桥结合组成FET型青霉素传感器,其使用寿命及贮存寿命分别大于4个月和6个月。在较适工艺条件下得到该传感器的响应特性为:在0.02mol/L、pH7.0的磷酸缓冲液中具有3~4mV/mmol的响应灵敏度和0.1~20mmol/L的线性范围,响应时间为30s。 The penicillinase field effect transistor(FET) bioscnsor was constructed through combining pH-ISFET having differential output with a membrane of cross-linke albumin-penicillinase by silanization. The bioscnsor can be used and stored longer than 1/3 and 1/2a, respectively. Characteristics of the biosensor were affected not only by the conditions of immobilization for enzyme, but also by the capacity and pH of the samples. A proper constructed penicillinase FET biosensor was linear in the range of 0.1~20mmol/L with a sensitivity of 3~4mV/(mmol/L) at pH 7.0. Its response time was 30s.
