摘要
本文研究了NO_2^-与H-酸的重氮盐自偶联反应,提出了一个灵敏的分光光度法,用于测定钢件磷化液中的NO_3,结果满意。
H-acid is proposed as a self-coupling diazotizing reagent for the determination of nitrite and nitrate. The optimal conditions of reaction have been studied. The molar absorptivity of the coupling product is 1.65×10~4 L.mol^(-1). cm^(-1). The molar ratio of the coupling reactant has been estimated to be NO_2^-:H-acid=1:2. Beer's law is obeyed for NO_2^- in the range of 0~50μg/25 ml. In this work, the reduction method of nitrate to nitrite by zinc dust in an ammoniacal medium, catalyzed with Mn^(2+), was investigated and the NO^(2-) ion formed was determined with H-acid. The method proposed has been successfully applied to the determination of NO_3^- in phosphating solution of steel products.
