摘要
从后评价的角度 ,按前后对比的思想对公路网规划进行研究 ,创造性地提出了公路网规划后评价的概念 ,偿试性地阐述了公路网规划后评价的含义、特点、内容、评价指标与评价方法 ,从而形成了比较完整的公路网规划后评价的理论体系。
From the point of view of post evaluation and based on the research of highway network planning by means of before after contrast,authors proposed the conception of highway network planning post evaluation in the first time and attempted to expound the meaning, characteristic, content, assessment index and assessment method of the highway network planning post evaluation, thus a set of logical and systematic highway network planning post evaluation theory is formed.
