摘要 本文首次将流动注射、氢化物生成和石墨炉原子吸收联机操作,成功地测定了砷、锑、铋,检出限为pg级。 The method of combinating flow injection analysis with hydride gencration was employed in graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS). This method can overcome the disadvantages,such as severe matrix interference, poor repeatability in single GFAAS and large sample volume to be used in single hydride generation method. It has high sensitivity, low detection limit, high precision, and high selectivity, etc.. As, Sb and Bi were determined by this method, their detection limit was all below 10 pg. The interference mechanism of Cu has also been studied with X-ray diffraction method.
