摘要
本文合成了新显色剂——3,4-亚甲二氧基苯甲醛缩氨基硫脲(缩写PTSC)并研究了Cu(Ⅱ)-PTSC-乙醇显色体系的光度特性,确定了测定铜的最佳条件。应用于测定水、矿样,试剂中微量铜,结果满意。
A new colour reagent, 3,4-methylenedioxybenzaldehyde semithiocarbazone(PTSC), has been synthesized. Cu(Ⅰ) reacts with PTSC to form a complex with molar ratio of 1:1 in 0.2mol/L KH_2PO_4-0.2mol/L NaOH-alcohol medium (pH7~8). The apparent molar absorptivity is 7.2×10^(-4)L. mol^(-1). cm^(-1) at 390nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~20μg Cu/25ml. The method can be applied to the spectrophotometric determination of trace amounts of Cu(Ⅰ) in water, chemical reagents and ores with satisfactory results.
