摘要
采用 ICP-AES法同时测定了铁钕合金中 Ho、Er、Tb、Tm、Cu、Mo、Nb等 7种杂质元素。研究了基体元素铁、主量元素钕、镝、钴、硼对杂质元素的光谱干扰情况 ;选择了合适的分析线 ;测定了分析方法的检出限。加入回收率为 90 .0 %— 1 0 8.0 %。方法准确、快速。
The impurity elements Ho,Er,Tb,Tm,Cu,Mo,Nb in Fe-Nd alloys were determined by ICP-AES.The interference effects of matrix element Fe and high concentration elements Nd,Dy,Co,B on impurity elements were studied.The analytical lines and internal standard line were selected.The detect limits of the method were determined.The recovery rates are in the range of 90.0%- 108.0%.The method is accurate,rapid and sample.
