摘要
为进一步提高卷烟的外观质量 ,针对烟支滤嘴皱纹影响卷烟产品外观质量问题 ,根据正态分布原理对滤棒的质量特征值进行了分析和细化评价。通过改进滤棒质量评价方法 ,加大了滤棒圆周的考核权重 ,严格控制其圆周值和标准偏差值 ,有效降低了滤棒圆周值的离散程度 ,缩小和限制了滤棒圆周平均值的波动范围 ,使其更接近于标准值。与改进前相比 ,改进后烟支的滤嘴皱纹率由 0 .770 %下降到 0 .2 14 % ,证明改进后的滤棒质量控制和评价方法能够较客观地反映滤棒实物的质量水平 。
Filter wrinkles deteriorate cigarette appearance, therefore the distribution of filter rods' circumferences was analyzed in detail. In the improved evaluation method, the assessing weight of the filter rod circumference was increased, the rod circumference value and its standard deviation were strictly controlled, as a result its discrete degree and the fluctuation of its mean value were limited within a narrow range, the mean value was closer to the set target, and the rate of cigarette with wrinkled filter decreased from 0.770% to 0.214%.
