摘要
本文发现钌(Ⅲ)对KIO_4氧化对乙酰基偶氮羧-P褪色反应有显著的催化作用,探讨了测定微量钌的催化分光光度法的最佳条件。其表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(530)=6.16×10~5L·mol^(-1).cm^(-1),在0.1~1.5μg/10ml范围内符合比耳定律,应用于贵金属精矿中钌的含量测定,结果满意。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of ruthenium was established based on the catalytic action of Ru(Ⅱ) on the oxidative fading between 3-(4-Carboxylazobenzene)-6-(4-acetylazobenzene)-4,5-dihydroxyl-2,7-naphthyl disulfonic acid (p-acetylcarboxylazo-P)and KIO_4 in the 0.2mol/L H_2SO_4 medium at boiling water bath.The method offers the advantages of simplicity, rapidity and sensitivity. Beer's law is obeyed in the range from 0.01 to 0.15μg/ml, the molar absorptivity is approximately 6.16×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 530nm.
