摘要
本文采用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)悬浮体为卤化剂,使稀土元素在石墨炉中完全蒸发,用载气(Ar)将蒸发物送入电感耦合等离子体中进行测定。此方法有绝对检出限低(达10^(-10)~10^(-12)g),无记忆效应和进样体积小等特点。
A grahite furnace was used as a sample device for ICP-AES. With polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) halogenating reagent in slurry, rare earth elements could be vaporized, the advantages of PTFE as a halogenating reagent were demonstrated. The detection limit of rare earth elements was in the range of 1×10^(-10) to 1×10^(-12)g. No memory effect was observed.
