摘要 于NH_3-NH_4Cl底液中,氟哌啶醇(Hal)在悬汞电极上有一灵敏的还原蜂。EPC为-1.55V(vs饱和Ag/AgCl电极),其线性扫描吸附伏安法的线性范围为5.0×10^(-9)~9.0×10^(-7)mol/L。最低检测限为2.0×10^(-9)mol/L。测定了用药患者的尿样及针剂,片剂中Hal的含量,结果满意。对Hal在汞电极上的电化学性质,特别是吸附性进行了探讨。 In a supporting electrolyte containing NH_3-NH_4Cl, a sensitive reduction peak of haloperidol (Fal) on the mercury electrode was found by linear-sweep adsorptive stripping voltammetry. The peak shows a potential of-1.55V (vs.Ag/AgCl) and its height is linearly proportional to the concentration of Hal in the range of 5.0×10_(-9) to 9.0×10_(-7)mol/L. The detection limit is 2.0×10_(-9)mol/L. This method has been used to determine the content of Hal in the urine samples of patients who took the medicine of Hal, as well as in the injection and tablet of Hal. The electrochemical and adsorptive characteristics of Hal on the mercury electrode was discussed in detail. Under low concentration Fal, fast sweep rate and long preconcentration time, the reduction of Hal belongs in an irreversible adsorptive system.
