摘要
钒对KClO_3氧化盐酸氯丙嗪(CPH)的反应具有极高的催化活性。通过对分析体系的综合研究,给出了测定的最佳条件。本方法灵敏,快速、测定的下限可达2ppb,常见的近二十种离子不干扰钒的测定。文中还就氧化剂的性质对分析灵敏度的影响及温度对测定线性范围的影响作了初步探讨。
A catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace vanadium is established based on the oxidation of chloromazine hydrochloride with potassium chlorate. The method shows high sensitivity and selectivity. Under optimum conditions, the detection limit is 2ng V/ml, the interference of other ions is discussed. The effect of temperature, acidity and concentration of reagents on the reaction speed is studied. In addition, the sensitivity of this method can be affected directly by the ability of oxidizer and the relationship between linear range of this method and temperature is also discussed.
