摘要
目的 :观察清热利湿和疏肝健脾法对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )、白细胞介素 8(IL 8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF α)的影响。方法 :选择慢性乙型肝炎患者湿热中阻型 10 8例 ,随机分为两组。对照组 5 4例 ,采用一般对症治疗和静脉滴注甘利欣、门冬氨酸钾镁、肝安等 ;治疗组 5 4例 ,在对照组治疗的基础上加用清热利湿和疏肝健脾的中药。观察治疗后两组肝功能、血清IL 6、IL 8、TNF α的变化。结果 :治疗组治疗后IL 6、IL 8、TNF α水平明显下降 ,与治疗前比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,肝功能改善与对照组比较 ,差异也有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :清热利湿、疏肝健脾法能够改善慢性乙型肝炎活动度 ,降低血清IL 6、IL 8、TNF α水平。
Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) for clearing Heat removing Dampness soothing Gan and invigorating Pi on serum interleukin 6 (IL 6), interleukin 8 (IL 8) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) in patients with hepatitis B. Methods: One hundred and eight patients with chronic hepatitis B of Dampness Heat Stagnance type were randomly divided into two groups, 54 in each group. Both groups were treated with general symptomatic treatment and intravenous dripping of Ganlixin, potassium magnesium aspartate and Gan an, etc. and CHM was given additionally to the treated group. The changes of liver function, serum IL 6, IL 8 and TNF α after treatment were observed. Results: Levels of IL 6, IL 8 and TNF α lowered significantly in the treated group after treatment, as compared with those before treatment, the difference was significant (P<0 01). The improvement of liver function in the treated group was better than that in the control group, P<0 01. Conclusion: To lower the levels of serum IL 6, IL 8 and TNF α is possibly one of the mechanisms of CHM for clearing Heat removing Dampness soothing Gan and invigorating Pi in improving the activity of chronic hepatitis B.
