摘要
本文叙述一种新的偏振-同步荧光法,该法能有效地抑制同步扫描过程中散射光的影响,从而提高信噪比和改善检测限。以萤光黄、罗丹明6G和罗丹明B混合物为例,采用=βnm的偏振-同步荧光法时,其检测限改善近四倍。
A new polarization synchronous spectrofluorimetry is described. The use of this technique can effectively suppress the effect of scattered light when scanning, so that the detection limit is improved. For a mixture of fluorescein, rhodamine 6G and rhodamine B, the detection limit is nearly a fourfold decrease when polarization synchronous spectrofluorimetry is performed with △λ of 3 nm
