摘要
CTV-Ⅳ型醋酸乙烯催化剂的工业应用中,采用对醋酸乙烯合成反应系统充氮,降低乙烯浓度的方法来驯化催化剂,其活性比CTV-Ⅲ型和Bayer-Ⅲ型高10%和13.82%,而选择性仍维持在94.17%,且发生蒸汽能够全部回收,装置的醋酸乙烯产量增加了13.2%。
In the commercial application of CTV - IV vinyl acetate catalyst, the catalyst was acclimated through aerating nitrogen gas into the reacting system of synthesizing vinyl acetate to reduce ethylene concentration. The activity of acclimated catalyst was 10% and 13. 82% higher than CTV - Ⅲ and Bayer - Ⅲ catalyst respectively, while its selectivity maintained 94. 17% . Moreover, steam generated in the process could be recovered completely, and the output of vinyl acetate was increased by 13. 2%. This technology was proved successful in commercial application.
