摘要
本文采用交流示波极谱滴定法测定磺胺和对氨基水杨酸钙两类药物的含量,与其它方法相比,具有快速准确、终点直观、用样量小的特点。溶液的颜色、产生的沉淀、片剂中的赋形剂对测定均无影响。
An oscillopolographic titration method for the determination of sulphonamide and p-amino cal-cium salicylate was developed. The end point of the titration is directly perceived. The determi-nation is not affected by the solution colour, the precipitate produced in the titration and theexcipient in tablet.
