摘要
采用Sol-gel法制备γ-Al_2O_3膜,并在不同基体上进行了涂膜实验。结果表明,γ-Al_2O_3薄膜对于α-Al_2O_3基体的适应性最好。通过对α-Al_2O_3基体分析发现,基体成型时所加的压力及烧成后基体的孔径大小对γAl_2O_3膜形成有很大的影响。
A process based on sol-gel technique was used to deposit alumina membranes on a α-Al2O3 ceramic substrate.The results show that α-Al2O3 ceramics as substrate have better performance in this study.The effect of α-Al2O3 substrates was analyzed, through which it is found that the forming pressure of the substrates and the pore diameter of the ceramic substrates have a great influence on α-alumina membranes.
