摘要
本文用卡尔曼滤波分光光度法分析了2~4组分芳香类化合物模拟混合试样,实现了多组分的同时测定。被测组分的回收率在100±10%以内(被测组分的浓度范围为0~5×10^(-6))。本文还对滤波的波长范围和波长间隔对计算结果的影响也进行了初步的探讨,并把此法的计算结果和目标因子分析(TFA),偏最小二乘法(PLS)的计算结果进行了比较。
Kalman filter-spectrophotometry has been used to analyze several groups of imitated sample ofaromatic mixture with recoveries of 100±10% in concentration of o~5×10^(-6) The influences offiltered wave length and its range on result calculation are also discussed. Results thus obtainedare compared with those obtained by target factor analysis and partial least square technique.
