摘要
交易成本理论是上个世纪 70年代中后期才逐渐形成和发展起来的一门新兴经济理论。它的出现不仅丰富了经济学的研究内容 ,扩大了经济学的研究范围 ,而且还使西方经济学的整个研究基础发生了改变。近年来 ,随着西方学者对交易成本理论研究的不断深入 ,各种新的观点和看法仍在不断涌现 ,这些新内容从不同角度对交易成本理论进行补充和完善。
The theory of transaction cost emerged in the late 1970s and has developed into a new economic theory. It has not only enriched the existing economics by enlarging its research scope but also shaken the whole foundation of Western economics. In recent years, with further studies in this field by Western scholars, the emerging new ideas have been enriching and improving this theory from different angles.
