摘要
科技创新是经济结构调整的基础 ,科学技术的发展为产业结构的优化升级创造了条件 ,特别是凝聚高新技术的新产品 ,对产业结构的调整具有很强的导向作用。高科技产业的发展离不开资本市场尤其是创业板市场的支持和帮助 ,创业板市场作为服务于中小型科技企业的股票市场 ,对培育一大批充满活动、成长性强、发展潜力大的高科技企业 ,进而促进高科技产业的发展 。
Technological innovation is the basis of economic restructuring, and scientific development provides the conditions for the upgrading and optimizing of industrial structures. And hi-tech products, in particular, may well serve as wind vanes of industrial restructuring. Hi-tech industry depends on the capital market and, hi-tech board in particular, for its development. Hi-tech board, as the stock market for small and medium-sized businesses, plays a very important role in promoting hi-tech industry by cultivating a large number of dynamic, highly potential hi-tech businesses.
