摘要
使用改进的ANSYS5 7有限元软件,对铝合金半固态压铸的充型过程进行计算机模拟,并把模拟结果和实际情况进行比较。结果发现,提出的简化模拟模型可以较好地模拟实际的铝合金半固态压铸过程,表明该模型是有效的。
In this paper, the modified finite element software of ANSYS57 has been used to simulate the filling of cavity in the semisolid die casting in a simple mode. It is shown that the simplified analogy model presented in the paper can be used to better simulate the filling up procedure during semisolid die casting.
