摘要
结合中国西部中小型企业发展的实际情况 ,分析了企业联盟运作框架 ,探讨了西部中小型企业虚拟化。
Aimed at the state of our western small and medium enterprises, the paper analyzed the framework of enterprise alliance, discussed the information engineering, virtualization of western SMEs, relevant technologies corrlated to technological and resource alliance.
