根据宝钢生产系统和能源转换系统的特点 ,分工序按不同物流和不同种类能源分别建立了物流方程和能源方程 ,同时考虑了能源转换系统调节和缓冲作用并建立了相应的方程。优化计算表明 ,废品物流对节能效果影响比返回物流的影响大。该企业在减小废品率和返回率方面的最大节能潜力为 5 8 4 2万吨标煤 ,占总能耗的 7 9%。优化方案可节能 3 7
Baoshan Iron and Steel Co^Ltd energy model was set up by its production processes and energy conversion systems.In the model,material flow equations and energy flow equations were deduced with different kinds of material flows and energy flows.The cushion function equation of energy conversion systems was obtained.The optimization calculations of its production meterial flows and energy output were made.The energy saving plans were proposed by analyzing the potential of energy saving.The influence of waste material flows on the energy consumption is more than the comeback material flows's.The energy saving potential of waste material flows and comeback material flows are 584200 tce/year.It is 7^9% of the total energy consumption.The optimization production plans can save 376700 tce/years.
