摘要
主要介绍了轧制高强度低合金焊管的生产工艺、焊接工艺及参数 ,分析了影响内焊缝和压扁实验的外因——操作对焊接质量的影响以及成型对焊接质量的影响。提出 W孔型和双半径孔型相结合的孔型设计方法 ,将开口角控制在 4°~ 7°之间 ,焊接挤压量控制在 4~ 5mm,阻抗器前端置于挤压辊中心线处 ,采用高速焊接 。
It is mainly introduced production process, welding system and parameter of rolling high strength low alloy welded pipe and analyzed the external cause of affecting inside weld seam and flatten experiment--operation to influence the quality of welding and forming quality to influence the quality of welding.And raised pass design method which combined pass and double half diameter pass together,controlled opening degree between 4°-7°and welding squeeze between 4-5mm,and put the front of impedance on the center line of squeeze roll and used high speed welding,in this way of production,the inside weld seam and flatten experiment of high strength low alloy welded pipe can meet the requirement.
